Ali’s women’s circle and yoga class was a deeply positive and rejuvenating experience that offered exactly what it promised—a safe, nurturing space to connect, reflect, and grow. From the moment we gathered I felt a sense of ease and belonging. The gentle 20 minutes of yoga stretching helped me relax, ground myself, and reconnect with my body in a way that felt accessible and restorative. Through guided conversation, shared experiences, mindfulness practices, and intentional rituals, the hour unfolded at a soothing pace that encouraged authentic expression and deep listening. This is such a beautiful workshop and safe place to make connections! Ali has a wonderful way of connecting to others and communicating warmth. Hi Allison, just a quick note to let you know how much I enjoyed the yoga and journaling Women’s Circle. You created a warm, welcoming, even neighborly environment. As someone who loves yoga and never journals, I liked the idea of putting the two together, bringing me out of my comfort zone. My only complaint about the class, I wish it was longer!
