-We gather for an hour on Mondays in February 2026.  I offer a journal prompt, we write for a bit, and then we share aloud.  This is followed by 20 min. of grouding yoga, a sound bath during savasana, and then we circle back to our journal prompt to see any new insights.  Warm tea optional, but warm conversation a given.  A way to build community. <3 See the youtube link below to sample the yoga class section of our hour together.
